Fields above supposed to be self-explanatory, just a small guidence:
1.All fields except "phrase" are mandatory.
2. Usernames in DB should at least 4 characters long and unique. To check uniqueness of username you have typed in the box, use ? (question mark).
3 . Passwords should be at least 6 characters long.
4 . Passwords are kept scrambled in the DB, therefore nobody can remind you the password you have forgotten. However, you can supply a phrase (like 'the name of my dog') now, which might later serve you as a reminder, once you ask to send it back by e-mail.

After successful creation of an account (correct completion of the form and submitting the data), you will be asked to unlock this account by mean of visiting the web page dedicated to your account. The exact URL for this page you will receive on e-mail address as specified.
